The North Dakota Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Consumer Protection Division enforces the state’s consumer fraud laws that protect consumers against fraud, false advertising, and other unfair and deceptive business practices. The Consumer Protection division also enforces the state’s Do-Not-Call laws and is the state’s clearinghouse for identity theft complaints.
The North Dakota Attorney General’s office also issues Concealed Weapons Licenses and provides information about concealed carry reciprocity.
